The 400,000 SF industrial warehouse, located at White and Wilson Streets in Rock Hill, South Carolina, has been a fixture in downtown for over 70 years. As the result of a recent partnership between The Keith Corporation (“TKC”), a Charlotte, North Carolina based commercial real estate development firm, and Springs Creative, a Rock Hill, South Carolina based global leader in textile innovation, The warehouse will soon have a new name and face: This historic site will feature Class A office space, restaurants, breweries, retail, and specialty space all located within one of the most iconic buildings in the region. The interior will blend its historic components with modern finishes and technology.
