(SEAS) will relocate their headquarters from Charlotte to Tech Park South in Rock Hill. SEAS is an independent manufacturer representative and a premier fabricator for interior and exterior architectural specialty products.
The announcement, made in the first quarter of 2026, says that SEAS bought a site in Tech Park for nearly $6.1 million. The company plans to relocate 46 employees to the Rock Hill location, adding 28 new jobs that have an hourly wage of $55.36. The total investment will be between $10 and $14 million.
“I think location is important to where you do business. I live in Clover and we have a lot of employees who are York County residents already who are excited about the move and we look forward to continuing to grow in York County,” said SEAS President Mac Winget at an RHEDC meeting earlier this year.
The new SEAS campus is expected to serve as a regional hub for innovation, drawing architects, contractors, and other partners seeking creative and technical solutions for building cladding.
