Columbia, SC- Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation has selected Red Rock Developments to market and co-develop property in the corporation's Waterford Park and Tech Park in Rock Hill. There are approximately 55 developed acres in Waterford Business Park and 53 acres in Tech Park which will allow for projects from 20,000 - 200,000 square feet to be developed. Red Rock Developments is also evaluating a speculative industrial development for a 2008 delivery.
